Class News

 

 

v      Next Wenesday, we will be having picture day. Be sure to look your best!

 

v      We have finished our trips to the

Media

Center

for the research on our animals. We have begun typing our rough drafts on the laptops in the classroom. I am so proud of how hard these students have worked so far!

 

v      Due to the research paper, there will be no book report for the month of March. However, students are still expected to read nightly and right it down in their reading logs!

 

Just a Reminder:

 

v      I have created several tests online for the practice CRCT that your student can be doing at home. Your student knows where to go, what to look for, and what to do. Please be practicing these tests with your children. Your child will have their GA test ID and the password to logon to: www.georgiaoas.org to access the practice tests at home.

 

v     Fill out your Reading Log every night!

 

v     Do all of your homework at home so that you don’t get stuck doing it at lunch, for recess, or having double homework the next night!

 

v     Jabril is going to be showing off his dance moves on March 20^th. Come out and support him at the talent show!

Hint for the Week:

 

We are starting Literature Circles. When we have Lit. Circle homework, do your reading so you don’t get behind!

 

 

Math Hint for the Week:

 

Be on the lookout for your 4^th nine weeks math teacher!
