A Letter from our Room Mom

Dear Parents,
As many of you know, we are already preparing for the Spring Carnival that will be held in April 2009. There is a Spring Carnival planning meeting scheduled for October 22, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. in the cafeteria if anyone would like to contribute ideas.
In organizing for the carnival, Mrs. Ashmeade's class theme basket for the silent auction is "JUST DESSERTS". As most of you know, each class is assigned a theme and will need to fill a basket with goodies that will be available for bidding at the carnival. Please feel free at any time to contribute your item to the theme basket. All you need to do is send the item in with your child and Mrs. Ashmeade will contact me to pick the item up. Any items will be greatly appreciated!!! If you are in need of ideas for the basket, I have included a few items that will be great.
